Benjamin and Mathieu have rather different profiles. One works in healthcare, the other in aeronautics. The former is a business designer, the latter a veteran of human resources.

Yet they share the conviction that people and business go hand in hand, that a large company can make a profit without benefiting its people, and that a human being working in the social sphere can generate profits.
