[HR Tribe] Professional Training : conditions, funding and certifications ?

The HR Tribe is as active as ever.

After our meeting on 23rd November on "HR Perspectives in 2021", we met again on 26th November, joined by Johann VIDALENCl who is in charge of funding and certification at Unow, to talk about :

  1. Funding (national employment funding, combining recovery plan budget and personal training allowance)
  2. Distance training in general and specifically at Unow 
  3. Qualiopi

As far as funding is concerned, the group showed considerable interest in  :

  1. National employment funding (FNE) contributes to professional training, short-time work, pre-retirement, as well as reduced work time. For more information, click here (article in French).
  2. Combining the personal training allowance : companies can decide to negotiate a company agreement on subscriptions to the personal training allowance. This strategy requires a management agreement for the personal training allowance. This means that this facility is considered to be a key element within the company's training policy. Johann also showed us some key figures about the different options of distance training (virtual classes, MOOC, SPOC, etc.) and information on how the users feel about these different modules. 

Finally, the group discussed the Qualiopi procedure, in particular, the selection criteria and the impact that it will have in the future.
