Eva ANDRÉ (MiM 2021) sets French deep apnea record

19 September 2025 Portraits

At just 27, Eva ANDRÉ, a 2021 graduate of TBS Education's Master in Management, is establishing herself as one of the rising stars of French freediving.

84 meters in 3 minutes 30 seconds

In September 2025, Eva made history by setting a new French record for deep freediving: 84 meters in 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

It was an extraordinary dive, where, relying solely on the strength of her arms along a cable, she pushed the limits of both body and mind.

This record establishes Eva as the leading athlete in the discipline, and confirms her status as a high-level sportswoman to watch closely.

"It's crazy, I still can't believe it. I'm modestly writing a piece of French sporting history. "

A path marked by perseverance

Nothing has been easy in this adventure.

Eva recalls a season marked by doubts, sleepness nights and sacrifices... but also by passion, determination and courage.

Since discovering freediving in 2017, Eva has progressed rapidly. In October 2024, she became world champion with a dive reaching 90 meters.

Since then, she has continued her daily training in the Mediterranean, in the bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer.

100-meter target

Always more ambitious, Eva has no intention of stopping there.

Her next challenge: reaching the symbolic 100-meter mark, joining the ranks of the greatest figures in her discipline.

With her iron mentality and resolutely positive mindset, there's no doubt she'll continue pushing the limits of French freediving.

Love it
