Questions for an acquired taste

This is an alliance between a fun event, gourmet food and going digital to make remote team building a success.

Marion, who graduated in 2012, has had several professional experiences in communication and press relations for starred and famous chefs in palaces for the group, Alain Ducasse. Marion has always had a pronounced taste for good food, so she has decided to join the team for Questions Pour Une Fine Bouche, a start-up which has continued to put the spotlight on French gastronomy during the Covid period.

How the project started

After organizing cheese-tasting workshops in his premises in the 10th suburb of Paris, Fabrice Gepner, founder of Questions Pour Une Fine Bouchereinvented himself during the health crisis by creating a digital version of a team building exercise for companies, where eating well rythmes with fun. In December 2020, he contacted Marion and invited her to join the team of food geeks, experts who are passionate about good food. A year after its launch, over 5000 people with a taste for good food have been won over by the concept and the entertainment value.

Strengthen team spirit during distance working

Over and above the team building aspect, Questions Pour Une Fine Bouche is perfectly in tune with today's context where distance working is becoming the norm in companies. Despite being apart and seeing each other on a screen only, this original experience provides the opportunity for employees to get together for some digital entertainment which aims to reinforce team spirit and an opportunity to participate in a culinary experience together where the emphasis is put on exchange and sharing.

Highlighting the quality of French culinary craftsmanship

The choice of tasting sessions includes farmer's cheese, sustainably produced wine or even bean-to-bar chocolates. All the products selected by the Questions Pour Une Fine Bouche team come from French regional agriculture. Each participant is sent a parcel of cheese, wine or chocolates which everyone tastes during the the digital entertainement programmed a few days later on Zoom. Each session is facilitated by a food geek who shares all they know about the food, including amusing anecdotes and tasting secrets with the group. Everyone is invited to take part and the teams are set up to enhance conversation and a friendly atmosphere

Fabulous success during difficult times

Nearly a year after its launch right in the middle of the health crisis, Questions pour une Fine Bouche has over 200 customers, who include Google, Amazon, Twitter, LVMH, Salesforce, etc. It is a real success story with a concept that has already won over more than 5000 customers with a taste for good food (99% 5* ratings on Google) and an HR community determined to do what it takes to build the brand.
