Raising awareness of disabled sport and bringing people together: ADAPTA'CUP competition!

15 November 2021 School

Organised by the Stade Toulousain Rugby Handisport and Ambition Toulouse Métropole, this inter-company wheelchair rugby competition aims to raise awareness of disability through sport.
It's fully in line with the actions supported by the TBS Foundation in favour of social inclusion.

The TBS Foundation was proud to participate in the 5th edition of this event. It was an opportunity for the Foundation, after a call for applications, to unite students, alumni and staff of TBS Education under the same team and around strong values of the school such as diversity and team spirit.

A 1st phase of pool took place on October 28th so that our 10 players could learn the practice. They were able to show their adaptability and fighting spirit to face the teams of the Toulouse City Council and Enedis, under the encouragement of our supporters.

Finally came the grand final on November 10th, where our more experienced players managed to take a fine 2nd place in their category, just behind the Yes! winners.

An honourable result for our team, and above all two magnificent evenings under the sign of diversity, solidarity and conviviality dear to TBS and its Foundation.

A big thank you to the organisers, to our players and supporters who took part in the discovery of this sport.

A meaningful mobilization that encourages the TBS Foundation to pursue such initiatives with its various stakeholders!
